- Overtime pay: £1.20 per hour on weekdays and £2.00 per hour on weekends on top of base rate
Hours of work
- 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9:15 am – 4:15 pm

Our ideal candidate will be patient, inspiring and sensitive to the needs of vulnerable people. They should have the ability to motivate others and a passion for providing high‑quality support and care.
What you will be doing
You’ll work with a warm, friendly team within one of our Day Service areas to support adults with autism to develop their skills and independence. Activities include arts and crafts, swimming, farm work, walking alpacas, playing in a band, using the gym, ceramics, media, IT, cooking and community-based activities. Many activities are predominantly outdoor, so love of the outdoors is desirable.
