Remote Participant Experience Architect

Alzheimer’s Society is seeking a full-time Participant Experience Officer to enhance the supporter experience for event participants. This home-based role requires collaboration across teams, management of multi-channel communications, and leadership in stewarding participant journeys.

Ideal candidates will have a background in the not-for-profit sector, strong data analysis skills, and experience in project management to optimize supporter engagement. You’ll be integral to delivering the best participant experience across various events.
