Customer Assistant – Replenishment

Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team. In this role you will work on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.

Shifts can start as early as 4:00am. You will also receive training to support other parts of the store, such as Market Street and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and ensure all products are fully stocked.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, structured working environment with clear routines and timed activities.
• Support other sections of the store as required.

Qualifications

• Helpful and friendly approach.
• Enjoys staying active and being hands‑on.
• Works well in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Loves to help support customers and resolve their queries.
• Must be over the school leaver’s age; some roles require you to be over 18 for health and safety.
