Telesales & Customer Service Advisor
Reports to: Office Manager
Depot: LWC Manchester
Overview
Complete a daily outbound diary, build relationships with customers, retain existing accounts, report technical faults, upsell products, and introduce new lines. Handle a high volume of incoming calls, including complaints, queries, and orders; contact potential customers, process orders, and arrange deliveries.
Main Duties
- Ensure high standards of customer service, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.
- Convert incoming calls to planned outbound calls.
- Maintain a clear and personable telephone manner.
- Take ownership of solving customer issues through proactive service.
- Promote the sale of LWC Drinks own brand products.
- Maintain strong relationships with account managers, assisting in acquiring new business and their administration needs.
- Build relationships with weekly telesales customers as a regular point of contact.
- Promote from promotional brochure and upsell specific drives.
- Target specific customers with relevant products.
- Handle certain administration duties within the office: confirmation, sorting post, filing, processing orders.
- Plan calls and target gaps in supply using relevant systems.
Knowledge and Experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records.
- Ability to use the Trinity system.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Product knowledge.
Additional Information
- Monday – Friday (9am‑5pm)
- Three weekends a month
