Hybrid | London

£45,000 p/a

We’re partnering with a well-established, creatively driven integrated agency that’s looking to bring a Traffic /Resource / Creative Services Manager into a pivotal role working with their Creative, Design and production studio.

The role sits within a busy and fast paced agency who service retail and entertainment led brands delivering work from concept and design through to production. The agency thrives on collaboration, and this role is central to ensuring that projects progress through the studios smoothly. You’ll be the ‘go to’ person for workflow and know how to protect studio time without slowing momentum.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for managing the flow of work through whilst acting as the first line of defence, ensuring briefs are clear, accurate, containing all the required assets and info and are fully ready before they are booked in. Working closely with Client Services, Production and Studio Heads, you’ll oversee resourcing, prioritisation and scheduling across multiple disciplines. You’ll have full visibility of what’s live, what’s coming, and where pressure points may arise, allowing you to plan ahead, rebalance workloads and keep delivery on track. It’s an involved, people centric role that requires confidence, diplomacy and a strong understanding of how creative, design and production studio teams work at pace.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the intake and validation of all incoming briefs
  • Making sure work is clearly scoped, properly resourced and realistically timed
  • Challenging incomplete or unclear requests before they’re hit the studio
  • Managing day to day traffic and priorities across the creative department / studio
  • Allocating work based on availability, skillset and deadlines
  • Monitoring capacity, flagging risks and preventing bottlenecks
  • Acting as the main point of contact for workflow queries
  • Supporting regular resource and status meetings
  • Helping refine processes to improve efficiency and utilisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in traffic, resource, studio or creative services management
  • Background in a creative or integrated agency environment
  • Comfortable managing high volumes and fast turnaround work
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows
  • Confident communicator who can push back when needed
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Experience using workflow or resource management tools
  • Experience across retail, entertainment, POS, print or multi channel campaigns
