Credit Funds Lawyer – 6-month FTC

Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Funds Lawyer with solid experience handling Luxembourg‑domiciled fund structures to join the team on a 6‑month fixed term contract due to an increase in workload.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high‑performing, high‑calibre funds practice within one of the most prestigious international law firms.

The role:

The successful individual will work closely with the firm’s market‑leading funds team, taking on a broad range of responsibilities connected to the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of investment vehicles. The role will involve advising on:

• Investment funds (open and closed‑end) across asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital
• Co‑investment structures and segregated mandates
• Managing a substantial portfolio of ongoing fund relationships

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with ideally 4+ PQE (England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
• Strong Credit Funds experience with solid Luxembourg‑domiciled fund structures gained at a top‑tier international, US or elite City firm in London
• Ability to work autonomously
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice
