An expanding Renewable Energy and Retrofit upgrades company, founded in 2021, seeks a Health and Safety Manager to lead compliance, policy development, site inspections, and staff training.
The Role
- Lead health and safety practices across the business.
- Ensure compliance with UK and company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for all health and safety queries.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Train staff and contractors on health and safety practices.
The Person
- Health and Safety Manager or similar qualification.
- Construction and/or Renewable Energy background.
- Full UK driving licence.
