E-Commerce Sales Administrator

Autoparts UK Ltd is one of the UK’s leading automotive core Supply and recycling companies, supplying the Remanufacturing and Automotive sectors Worldwide. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our E-Commerce team.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in online sales, E-commerce, and the automotive industry. You will be responsible for managing stock, creating online listings, processing sales, and helping to grow our E-Commerce sales platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and uploading product listings to online sales platforms
• Writing accurate and detailed product descriptions
• Organising and managing stock for online sales
• Photographing and cataloging Automotive Components
• Monitoring and updating online listings
• Tracking, processing, and logging sales
• Researching market prices
• Responding to customer enquiries and messages
• Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and sales activity
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and listing quality

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Previous experience with online selling platforms
• Knowledge of automotive parts and components
• Experience using Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems
