Year 11 Pastoral Lead – Attendance, Welfare & Interventions

Create Education is looking for a Deputy Head of Year 11 to join a high-achieving secondary school in East London starting September 2026. In this full-time role, you will provide leadership and support for Year 11 students, focusing on their attendance, behaviour, wellbeing, and achievement.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in pastoral roles within educational settings, strong behaviour management skills, and expertise in using SIMS for student data analysis. This position is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential for extension.
