Responsibilities
- Managing a small team
- Working independently or within a small team
- Mobile round visiting multiple commercial sites (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, parks)
- Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work
- Ensuring customer service interactions to keep clients satisfied
- Carrying out vehicle checks
- Using a company van, mobile iPad, full PPE and provided tools
Qualifications
- Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
- Valid driver’s licence essential
- Experience in managing a small team
Company Information

Pay is £30k‑£40k + based on a 48‑hour per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
