- Advising on Agenda for Change terms and conditions, Trust policies and employment legislation
- Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance management processes
- Assisting with investigations, hearings and case management activity

- Supporting organisational change and workforce transformation activity
- Delivering HR guidance and training to managers
- Producing reports and maintaining HR systems and workforce data
- Building effective working relationships with Trade Union representatives, Occupational Health and key stakeholders
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
For Band 6 consideration, applicants should demonstrate experience managing more complex employee relations casework, supporting organisational change programmes and delivering HR training or project work.
