Store Manager

Our client is looking for a friendly and experienced Store Manager to join their coffee shop team in central London.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, previous management or supervisory experience, and the ability to lead a team in a busy environment.

Main Duties

  • Manage the daily running of the store.
  • Lead and support the team during shifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented.
  • Support with rotas, shift planning, and team communication.
  • Train and support new and existing team members.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage.
  • Follow cash handling and till procedures.
  • Ensure food hygiene and health and safety standards are followed.
  • Report any maintenance, staffing, or operational issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous store management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Positive and reliable attitude.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Hospitality, coffee shop, or retail experience preferred.
