Job Outline
Working as part of the Doncaster showroom team, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients and assisting them, identifying requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their requirements and aspirations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Greeting clients upon entry to the showroom
- Recommending suitable product ranges to clients as per their specifications (dimensions, budget)
- Providing detailed and accurate quotations within agreed time scales
- Handling payments directly from clients, including credit/debit card payments, ensuring receipts are issued
- Answering telephone calls and addressing client queries
- Following the agreed sales process
Personal Attributes
- Excellent people skills
- Smart personal appearance
- Clear and positive communication with good negotiation and influencing skills
- Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment, or possession of underlying traits to fulfil this role
Education and Qualifications
- Good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy
- Relevant experience in a similar environment is advantageous
