Mid/ Senior Creative Designer

I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Mid/Senior Designer on behalf of a well established commercial interiors and workplace fit out company. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all round designer who can confidently lead and run projects from concept through to delivery. The role is suited to someone with a creative background who is comfortable working directly with clients, managing design processes and driving projects forward within a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will not necessarily be heavily technical but must be fully proficient in Revit and capable of overseeing projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workplace and commercial office design projects
• Manage projects from concept through delivery
• Client facing meetings and presentations
• Space planning and workplace strategy
• Coordination with wider delivery and consultant teams
• Design development and material selection
• Support project delivery throughout construction phases

Requirements

• Experience within commercial workplace interiors / office fit out
• Strong project running capability
• Revit proficiency is essential
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Creative design background
• Ability to work autonomously within a fast paced environment
• Candidates from both D&B contractors and consultancy/interior design backgrounds will be considered.

Day rate is reflective of experience
