  • Support learners with advice, guidance, and progression planning
  • Use a range of practical and classroom‑based teaching methods
  • Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain accurate records in line with quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Motor Mechanics (essential)
  • Significant industry experience in motor vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Experience delivering training or coaching (desirable)
  • Ability to engage learners through practical, hands‑on teaching
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for supporting learners to develop skills and confidence

Full training and support will be provided to help you gain a teaching or assessing qualification during your probation period.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary from £30,000
  • Generous annual leave entitlement
  • Funded teaching/assessing qualifications
  • Supportive and inclusive team environment

Our work focuses on:

  • Supporting individuals to gain vocational skills and qualifications
  • Improving employment opportunities and future prospects
  • Reducing reoffending through education and training
  • Working with employers to create real progression pathways

By combining industry‑led training with strong support systems, we help learners build the skills and confidence needed for long‑term success.
