Senior Lawyer Employment Rights

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our well‑established and highly respected Employment Rights team. If you’re an experienced solicitor, barrister, or legal executive looking to take on challenging and rewarding work, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of large and complex employment rights cases, making daily decisions that significantly impact the cases you handle.
• Advocate in the Employment Tribunal (ET) at the case‑management stage.
• Provide support to other team members and offer supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with a solid understanding of Employment Law.
• Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish.
• Strong grasp of the Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) litigation process.
• Clear and concise communicator with strong leadership skills, thriving in a supportive team environment.
• Passion for the work and experience building and nurturing relationships with trade union clients and officials regionally and nationally.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: £65,597 – £69,049 per year.
• Competitive contributory pension scheme with up to 11% employer contribution.
