Digital Skills Coach for Community Access

Citizens Advice in Milton Keynes is seeking a Digital Skills Officer (DSO) to help individuals access online services effectively. The role involves coaching and training local people, particularly those who are digitally excluded or unemployed.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, committed, and confident, with strong IT and communication skills. Experience in advice giving or coaching is desirable. Full training will be provided, and a DBS check is required.
