• Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales or business development
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Confident speaking with business decision-makers over the phone
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems
• Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

Job responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities
• Build relationships with key business decision-makers
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with the wider sales team to support business growth
