General Maintenance Builder – Redgrave

Job Title: General Maintenance Builder

Reporting to: Agricultural Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Skilled Builder
• Skilled Carpenter
• Knowledge or skilled in plumbing
• Painting and plastering skills
• Skilled or working knowledge of civils and ground works
• Skilled in roofing
• Be able to use the following machinery – 360 excavator, dumper, genie, scissor lift and telehandler
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Leadership skills
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

A company vehicle and mobile phone will be supplied. The use of the van can be extended to private use if requested. Please note that this will be a taxable benefit for HMRC purposes.

Job Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 48 Hours per week

Working Times: Monday to Friday, start time from 6am.

Pay Rate: Competitive salary depending on experience, progression routes available as training is completed, and the role taken on.
