As a studio receptionist, you’ll be the face of the brand and the first person our clients see when they enter the studio, so excellent communication and people skills are a must. You’ll need to be proactive, able to work well under pressure and will thrive on working in a vibrant environment with an interest in yoga and well being.
Qualifications
- A real people person with great communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Hospitality, retail or leisure experience or similar, sales experience.
- Organisational skills, ability to multi task and complete office administration, work as part of a team and independently.
- A positive attitude and friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and customer service.
- Opening and setting up the studio before and after class and day to day oversight of the business.
- Communicating with studio members, answering their questions, and discussing and selling our various membership options, assessing the best option for each member.
- Office administration, working as part of a team and independently.
- Part of the role requires minor heavy lifting and some physical work.
