Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Banking)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business and technical analysis to define requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Utilize DB/SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis purposes.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
• Engage in Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, and facilitating meetings as needed.
• Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analysis of data‑related projects and issues, and assist in the identification and resolution of any issues that may arise during the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in banking, payments, and API.
• Experience in the banking, PCI, or payments industry.
• Strong analytical skills to bridge the gap between IT and the business.
• Experience in business and technical analysis within the banking and payments sector.
• Knowledge of business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Familiarity with DB/SQL.
• Experience with Splunk and Agile methodologies.
