Associate – BIM Lead

A premier, high-end architecture and interiors studio renowned for design excellence is seeking a talented Associate BIM Lead.

This leadership position beautifully balances strategic, big-picture management with hands‑on project execution. As a key member of the Associate team, you will split your time between driving project‑specific Revit requirements and championing the continuous evolution of the studio’s overarching digital practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are managed and delivered in strict alignment with the studio’s design strategy.
• Act as a skilful and enthusiastic leader, guiding team members and fostering professional growth.
• Drive team efficiency and optimisation regarding the use of Revit, associated technologies, and digital workflows.
• Oversee the successful creation and delivery of models, data, reports, and all related project documentation.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology
• Advanced knowledge of Revit
• Enthusiastic, approachable, supportive and an invaluable team player
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 19650 and other relevant UK BIM standards
