Service Engineer (Stairlifts) – Nottingham, East Midlands Patch
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Company Van + Overtime + Call‑Out Pay
Job Summary
This role provides a stable, long‑term service engineering position focused on the servicing, installation, and maintenance of stairlifts and other mobility equipment across the East Midlands. The schedule is designed to ensure you are home by 5 pm each day, with mornings dedicated to installations and afternoons to planned maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities
- Servicing and installing a variety of stairlifts and mobility equipment
- Performing maintenance and repair work on scheduled appointments
- Participating in manufacturing training to support ongoing development
- Adhering to a local patch schedule with a door‑to‑door payment structure
- Managing an on‑call rota for 1 in 4 weekends
Qualifications
- Experience as a Service Engineer specialising in lift installation
- Willingness to cover the East Midlands patch
- Mechanical, electrical, and mobility equipment knowledge is desirable
