Job Description Construction Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Birmingham City Centre / Hybrid (50% attendance in the office) To circa £100,000 (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment with the chance to work alongside experienced industry leaders. n• You will be involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, with work spanning key sectors including retail, housing, student accommodation, hospitality, and regeneration.n• Building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial objectivesn• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a at least 12 months’ PQE. There is scope for Legal Director and Partner appointments for those with the relevant skill set.n• It is essential that you have strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of construction contracts and appointments, as well as being adept at all aspects of construction disputes.n• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varied projectsn• A proactive approach to building internal and external relationshipsn• A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client servicen• Exposure to high-profile clients and complex, high-value projectsn• Flexible, hybrid working arrangementsnAt eNL we value diversity and inclusion.
