Defence Capital Projects Construction Lead

ARM is seeking a Building & Construction Project Leader to manage capital projects in Portsmouth. The role requires strong experience in construction project management and stakeholder engagement, overseeing projects from feasibility through to handover.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-functional teams, with proven track records in delivering CAPEX projects within a regulated environment. The position offers a contract of 12 months with possible extension.
