Graduate Structural Engineer
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000. Training and progression opportunities. Mon‑Fri, flexible working hours, 9‑day fortnight, company trips.

We are a small but thriving structural engineering consultancy with almost 30 years of experience. Our team is friendly and highly experienced, and we mentor the next generation of engineers on their path to becoming chartered. We pride ourselves on a 9‑day fortnight and annual company trips abroad.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will include working on a variety of structural projects and designs. You will receive excellent training and mentorship, with tailored individual training plans and monthly guest speakers. Opportunities for site visits and additional training are available each week.
The Role
- Designing schematics for structural engineering projects
- Working with technicians and engineers to see projects to completion
- Liaising with customers and clients on site visits
- Collaborating with the wider team on all aspects of the project
- Monday‑Friday (9‑day fortnight) 37.5 hours a week
The Person
- Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Experience with design work and structural analysis
- Commutable to London
