Responsibilities
- Become proficient in the team’s core systems, using them effectively to support daily operations
- Support oversight of Service Provider and Transfer Agency processes and procedures
- Contribute to the reconciliation of capital flows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining data integrity
- Develop a strong understanding of the operating model and key controls, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and collaborating on their implementation
- Assist in managing client queries and cases through Salesforce
- Build and maintain relationships across global teams including Sales, Middle Office, Front Office, and Senior Management
- Strong academic record
- Enthusiasm and genuine eagerness to learn
- Self‑motivated and diligent, with strong attention to detail
- Clear and confident communicator — written and verbal
- Takes ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation formulas, handling large datasets)
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes

- To have lived in the UK or EEA continuously for the past 3 years
- Not to have previously studied the course content
- Not to undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship
