Salary: Grade D SCP 6 £12,994 – SCP 11 £14,071

Contract: Permanent

Role specifics: NVQ Administration Level 3 or BTEC Business Diploma/Certificate or working towards this qualification.

The Role

  • Provide efficient administrative support.
  • Handle queries.
  • Coordinate mail and supplies.
  • Organise meetings and events.
  • Manage payments.
  • Maintain information systems.
  • Arrange and attend multi-agency meetings and take accurate minutes.

You will work closely with managers, health professionals, social workers, and partner agencies to ensure services run smoothly.

About You

We expect you to have experience working in an administrative or office environment and to demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and writing). The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and as part of a team. You must have good literacy skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to produce accurate, well-presented documents.

Experience in handling cash and monitoring payments in line with financial procedures is essential, along with the ability to arrange and attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
