Private Equity US Tax Senior — Fund Compliance & Leadership

EY UK is seeking an experienced Private Equity Fund Senior Advisor to join its Financial Services Organization in London. This role involves overseeing private equity fund US tax compliance engagements while coaching junior staff and advising clients on complex tax legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US tax laws, particularly in asset management, and experience in preparing partnership tax returns. A US CPA license or Enrolled Agent qualification is preferred.
