We’re working with a well-established, design-led consultancy specialising in the leisure and hospitality sector, known for delivering innovative, high-impact environments for leading brands across the UK. They are now looking for a confident and driven Project Manager to join their multidisciplinary team.
This role will see you leading high-value, diverse construction and refurbishment projects, working closely with internal creative teams and external partners to bring concepts to life. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone energetic, resourceful, and hands‑on, who enjoys taking full ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of construction and refit projects
- Manage project programmes, budgets and contractor performance
- Oversee tender processes and contractor appointments
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Identify and manage risks and on‑site challenges
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within the interior or architectural design space
- Experience within hospitality or leisure design is highly desirable, though other design sectors will be considered
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and construction processes
- Proven experience managing budgets, programmes and project variations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
