You will be optimising market access and pricing across global markets. You will work cross-functionally to shape reimbursement strategies which will enable patient access. You will lead and mentor staff, manage client relationships, and engage in business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and facilitate client presentations.
• Lead with innovative solutions to reimbursement and pricing barriers.
• Manage and develop staff to their fullest potential.
• Engage with key stakeholders globally.
• Provide tailormade market access strategies towards country-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Masters degree in relevant discipline.
• 10+ years relevant experience at pharmaceutical companies, health technology assessment agencies, or consultancy companies within a multinational context.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience in developing market access strategies globally.
• Experience handling uncertainty.
