Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing organisation who are looking to hire a Lead Backend/ Full Stack Engineer to lead one of their product squads.
They offer a base salary of £60,000 – £80,000

Responsibilities:
- Lead of 3 product squads internally
- Time split between coaching BE devs and steering backend architecture
- New development within a microservices architecture
Experience:
- C#
- .NET Core and Web API
- Microservices
- SQL and NoSQL
- Azure
- React
- AI – Claude
Salary
They offer an excellent salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Location
This client has an office in London however your will go to office once a month.
