Head of Tax: Build Global In‑House Tax Function

Sphere Group is seeking a Head of Tax based in Central London with a six-figure salary plus an executive package. This role offers an opportunity to build the tax capability from the ground up within a fast-growing, international PE-backed group.

The successful candidate will lead the transition from an outsourced tax model to an in-house function, overseeing all areas of tax compliance and governance while working closely with the Board and senior finance leadership.

Ideal candidates will be qualified tax professionals with experience in complex international environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
