£50,000–£60,000 plus annual bonus

A Chartered Building Surveyor is required for a London-based consultancy delivering professional Building Surveying and project services across commercial property assets. The role offers a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus an annual bonus of up to 10%, on a Permanent, Full-time basis with highly flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients
• Undertake technical due diligence surveys and reporting
• Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent
• Manage client relationships, project programmes and professional instructions

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS qualification
• Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience
• Experience in commercial Building Surveying, dilapidations and technical due diligence
• Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts

Salary & Package

• £50,000–£60,000 basic salary
