Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support their OTC Trading and Clearing functions. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in client onboarding, payment processing, and ongoing client support, while working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage KYC and client onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Process and reconcile client payments efficiently and accurately
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, delivering a high standard of service
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the OTC Trading and Clearing functions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Compliance, Trading, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed within tight deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client experience

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience with MT5 (MetaTrader 5)
  • Knowledge of commodity trading markets
  • Proficiency in Arabic
