The caseload will include trademark disputes, passing off claims, copyright matters, design rights disputes and patent-related issues.nYou will take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes businesses operating within the sports, fashion, retail and consumer brands sectors. In addition to managing your own matters, you will play an active role in supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, whilst contributing to the continued growth and success of the team through networking and business development activities.nApplications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE and a strong background in intellectual property disputes and litigation.nYou will possess excellent technical knowledge across trade marks, copyright, design rights and passing off matters, together with strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and entrepreneurial law firm with an outstanding reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice.
