Dixons (Pampisford) CB22 3EW 6:00pm – 7:00pm Monday and Wednesday
6:00pm – 8:15pm Tuesday and Friday
6:00pm – 7:30pm Thursday
Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within our retail store. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including floors, shelves, counters, and toilets
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures
- Clean glass surfaces such as windows, mirrors, and display cases
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock levels
- Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored safely
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Respond promptly to spillages or cleaning emergencies
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as scheduled
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Basic DBS
