The Role
As Senior Paid Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across a varied client portfolio. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and performance targets are consistently achieved.
This role offers the opportunity to take on greater strategic input, build stronger client relationships, and play an important role in the continued growth of the agency’s paid media offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Analyse campaign data and deliver insightful performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Support client meetings and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with wider agency teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ paid media experience within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of the full paid media mix, including PPC, Paid Social and Display.
- Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data.
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambitious, proactive and eager to continue developing your career.
