Head of Brand & Partnerships

Location: South Kensington, London

Hybrid: 2 days in office

Contract: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonus

Reports to: Founder & CEO and Commercial Director

Enjoy Education is a premium private tuition and education consultancy working with UK and international families, including HNW, UHNW and globally mobile clients.

For 20 years, our growth has been built on reputation, relationships, discretion and exceptional outcomes for families making high-trust decisions about their children’s education.

We are now looking for a Head of Brand & Partnerships to lead the next stage of our brand, marketing and relationship-led growth strategy.

This is not a volume marketing role. It is a senior brand and partnerships role for someone who understands how premium services are bought, trusted and referred. Our clients are not making a simple transactional purchase. They are choosing a partner to support their child’s education, confidence, wellbeing and future pathway, often at moments of complexity, pressure or transition.

The role will suit someone with strong judgement, excellent communication instincts and a real understanding of premium B2C, private client, education, luxury, professional services or other relationship-led markets.

You will lead Enjoy’s brand, communications, partnerships and engagement activity, working closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen our visibility, reputation and relationships across families, schools, tutors, alumni, family offices, professional advisors and referral networks.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and owning the annual brand, communications and engagement plan
  • Shaping messaging across Enjoy’s core audiences and service areas
  • Leading content, thought leadership, newsletters, founder content and case study development
  • Overseeing website content, SEO, AEO and digital performance with specialist agencies
  • Building structured partnership engagement across schools, tutors, alumni and referrers
  • Creating partner-facing collateral, campaigns and nurture programmes
  • Leading Enjoy’s 20th anniversary engagement programme
  • Overseeing events, roundtables and community activity for a premium, discerning audience
  • Managing external suppliers, including PR, design, digital, web and content partners
  • Producing clear monthly reporting on brand, marketing and partnership performance

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand, marketing, communications, partnerships or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of premium services and high-consideration customer journeys
  • Excellent content judgement and confidence shaping senior-level messaging
  • Experience managing agencies, campaigns, suppliers and budgets
  • An ability to turn commercial priorities into thoughtful, polished and effective activity
  • Confidence working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
  • A structured, proactive and commercially aware approach to delivery
  • Experience in premium education, private client, luxury, family office, UHNW/HNW-adjacent or professional services environments would be particularly relevant.
