Our Programme Advisory business, set up in 2018, offers services to clients in the strategy, set‑up and transformation of their capability to deliver major programmes and projects, with a market‑leading client base across the public and private sectors. Our key differentiator in the market is that we offer practical, accessible advice informed and underpinned by broad technical delivery capability and industry experience of our core business. The Regulatory team specialises in supplying strategic advisory and assurance services to regulators for major programmes and asset‑owning organisations within the utilities, power, transport and telecoms sectors in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Leading/supporting the identification and implementation of strategies that improve governance, operational performance and/or reporting
  • Leading/supporting projects looking at how regulation and policy impacts on companies and other stakeholders and auditing or reviewing submissions from companies to determine if they align with regulatory requirements and expectations
  • Leading/supporting projects with companies in the development of their periodic business plans or investment programmes
  • Leading/supporting projects with regulators to deliver strategic sector goals
  • Leading/supporting business generation activities
