Chef – £15 per hour + monthly tronc – Daytime hours

We’re recruiting a chef for a popular café in Stow‑on‑the‑Wold, serving quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the breakfast and brunch service
• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard
• Manage the kitchen independently during service
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met
• Support stock control and minimise waste

What we’re looking for

• Talented breakfast chef who can deliver brilliant breakfast and brunch dishes with pace, consistency, and pride in presentation
• Previous experience cooking breakfast and brunch in a busy kitchen
• Ability to work confidently as a sole chef
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
• Experience as a Chef De Partie would be beneficial
