Description

• Advising on competition litigation matters in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal
• Working closely with partners on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes
• Drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, and supporting trial preparation
• Engaging with clients directly and taking increasing responsibility on matters

Profile

• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Strong litigation background from a recognised disputes practice
• Prior competition litigation experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Candidates without competition experience should demonstrate a clear interest in the area and strong core disputes training
• Solid academics and experience working in a high-performing team environment
