Our client occupies a unique, privileged position in the estate administration sector. They are called upon at a sensitive time when families are going through the stages of grief, but there is an acceptance that certain realities need to be addressed.

Their Purpose

To support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with setting up the trust department
  • Primary point of contact for all trust related matters
  • Assisting with training on trust administration
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how they work

What They’re Looking For

Qualifications are desirable but not essential. They are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:

  • 5 years’ experience of Trust Management
  • Will drafting experience
  • Qualified solicitor or TEP

  • A strong communicator clear, empathetic, and confident
  • A proactive, solutions-focused individual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in probate, legal services, or estate administration
  • A passion for making a difference in people’s lives
