What you’ll be doing

  • Shape the future of local government in Norfolk through one of the most significant public sector transformation programmes in a generation.
  • Partner with senior leaders by working alongside the Chief Executive, elected members and senior leadership team as a trusted strategic adviser.
  • Build strategic relationships across organisations, developing partnerships and momentum behind shared goals.
  • Lead transformational change that improves services, strengthens organisational performance and delivers lasting benefits for communities.
  • Facilitate strategic conversations that challenge thinking, align priorities and help leaders navigate uncertainty with confidence.
  • Drive delivery and momentum by ensuring priorities remain aligned, barriers are removed and progress is maintained.

Skills Required

Experience of large-scale transformation, local government reorganisation or working closely with senior political leadership would be advantageous.
