Roles and responsibilities include:

• Support the overall management and smooth operation of the Care Home.
• Ensure compliance with NMC standards, RQIA regulations, health & safety and other requirements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical leadership, including medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and nursing support.
• Monitor and audit care standards, risk assessments, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, supervision, performance management, training and rotas.
• Maintain accurate records, investigate incidents and complaints, and support inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote residents wellbeing, dignity, safety, and quality of life always.

What were looking for

• Experience within Nursing homes
• Proven management experience
• Understanding of RQIA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
