Registered Manager

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the opening and registration of a new Childrens Home.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up or a Senior Carrer / Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a new service from the ground up.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (mandatory)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards) preferred
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Carrer / Team Leader Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
• Experience as Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
• Good understanding of Ofsted regulations in childrens home
• Strong safeguarding and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Build and manage a high-performing care team
• Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people
• Maintain high standards in safeguarding and quality assurance
• Support/manage the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and support for young people
• Work closely with senior management and external professionals
