We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the opening and registration of a new Childrens Home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up or a Senior Carrer / Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a new service from the ground up.

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (mandatory)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards) preferred
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Carrer / Team Leader Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
- Experience as Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
- Good understanding of Ofsted regulations in childrens home
- Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Build and manage a high-performing care team
- Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people
- Maintain high standards in safeguarding and quality assurance
- Support/manage the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and support for young people
- Work closely with senior management and external professionals
