A forward-thinking national construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of projects across different sectors including commercial, healthcare and education.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage a team of QS’ and use their sales capabilities to successfully find and negotiate contacts for new projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
- Chartered or working towards
- Car + drivers’ licence
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Client facing
- EA/PM experience
- Able to manage and deliver projects independently
