Production Manager – Food Manufacturing

Our client a successful and well respected food manufacturer in the Staffordshire area are seeking a Production Manager to oversee and lead the daily production within a fast paced food manufacturing site.
You will be responsible for all operations and execution of plan to producing high quality products, as per customer demand, adhering to health and safety on site.
You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a ‘people person’ you will manage, develop and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable management experience
- High Risk, High Care food manufacturing experience
- Uses own initiative with good time management
- Strong and confident leader- drive results through people
- Proven track record of managing a team to deliver business targets
- Quality focused
- Able to implement and manage change
- Good attention to detail and numbers
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures and technical knowledge
Role
- Monday-Friday
- 1.30pm to 10pm
