You will work closely with the CMO team, the CPD Head of Digital Transformation, and be a key pioneer of advocacy and community for digital‑native brands within the group.

  • Set a clear vision for your team on our celebrity and influencer strategy in partnership with our brands, developing close relationships with stakeholders and exploring new, relevant opportunities
  • Work closely with our PR, brand and charity partners, oversee the Comms Manager to ensure best‑in‑class partnerships, and create cut‑through events and brand moments that engage our communities

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in social, advocacy, influence or communications—ideally within a fast‑paced consumer brand, agency or media environment
  • A strong people leader with a track record of managing, coaching and growing multidisciplinary teams
  • Deeply knowledgeable of the social and influencer landscape with a natural instinct for cultural relevance
  • Commercially astute—able to connect brand love and talkability to tangible business impact
