About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation
- Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
- Confident advising managers and building effective stakeholder relationships
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert employee relations advice and support to managers and employees
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence management and investigation processes
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation
- Support restructuring and TUPE-related activities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practice initiatives
- Produce HR reports and KPI analysis to support business decision-making
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive effective people management
- Contribute to a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture
